If you purchase our Services, we or a third-party provider will collect and store your billing and credit card information. For example, when you submit a request we collect and maintain your account information such as login name, password, email address and contact information. If you contact our customer service personnel, we may record the phone call or retain the email string or chat transcript for quality assurance purposes. 

If you use our commercial cleaning Services, we collect and store information about your name, email address, electronic signature and audit data and associate it with the documents you've signed using in person and/or via electronic form, email, or link.. If you use our website, or any other Services that enable you to upload or capture content, we collect, parse and store images, photos, documents, videos and digital media content that you scan and/or upload using these Services for electronic signature, user profile pictures, and/or to share with Apartment Fairies staff for customer relations purposes. Apartment Fairies reserves the right to delete customer information for inactive clients and/or contacts who have not requested Services in 120 days or greater.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Apartment Fairies and/or its third-party website provider. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, operating system, cookie information, referring website addresses, and Internet Service Provider. Apartment Fairies also collects geolocation information based on visitors' IP addresses. This information is used by Apartment Fairies for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Services. Finally, you can modify or delete drafts, delete completed documents, or delete personal information that you previously submitted for your Apartment Fairies account by phone or in writing.
