Commercial Cleaning
Apartment Fairies service apartment complexes throughout Hillsborough, Manatee, and Pinellas counties. No contracts, simply book us when needed. Service orders for five or more units will receive a volume discount.
Levels of Service
No two tenants are the same, and we know one size does not fit all when cleaning properly. Build your quote based on the condition of the unit(s). Need help determining the level (lite, medium, deep) of service needed? No worries, upload photos with your quote or request.
Outdoor Spaces
Patios, balconies, garages, small yards, and storage rooms are add on services that we will gladly make ready for your next tenant. We'll sweep the flooring, dust fixtures, wash windows/doors, remove cobwebs, and clean shelving. We do not haul furnishings or large amounts of trash, nor do we provide lawn care.
White Glove Welcome
Moving into a new home can be stressful, we believe the little things still matter and as such our team will provide sanitary bands around toilets, we'll stock one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, provide travel sized toiletries, and provide one roll of paper towels. Paper products are essential on move-in day! We'll leave it at that.
